Know the people who order from you
Remember the customer behind the order.
Find your restaurant’s customer records and order history in Manager. See who returns, while respecting what the customer chooses to share.
See it with your restaurant in mindContext your team can actually use.
A direct order can contribute to an ongoing restaurant relationship, rather than becoming an isolated ticket.
Restaurant-local records
View the contacts associated with your business. A restaurant record is distinct from the guest’s private GastroGrowth account.
Ordering history
Review orders, last order and customer value for your restaurant. Use that history to understand the relationship, without guessing why someone returned.
Loyalty activity
Configure first-party points and coupon rewards. Imported provider loyalty information remains separate from GastroGrowth points.
Bring an existing relationship into the conversation.
The current product lets you add an existing Business-local contact and includes supported import and xMenu reconciliation workflows. Adding a contact does not create a global guest account or grant marketing permission. Bulk migration needs a review of your source data and the available workflow.
Prepare a useful customer databaseKnow what access means.
Customer ownership should describe useful actions, not unrestricted rights over somebody’s information.
| Need | Current scope |
|---|---|
| View restaurant customer records | Supported in Manager, subject to access and customer-sharing rules. |
| Add an existing contact | Supported as a Business-local contact; permission is not inferred. |
| Import a whole CSV yourself | No complete self-service bulk migration workflow is currently offered. |
| Export the restaurant database | A restaurant-level customer database export is not currently offered. |
| Run automated marketing | Delivery and automation have separate readiness requirements; not a general capability promise. |
An address for dinner is not permission for a campaign.
Information needed to fulfil an order and optional customer-sharing or marketing choices serve different purposes. Keep those choices clear. We do not describe every contact as a subscriber or promise unrestricted messaging.

Can I export all my customers?
A restaurant customer database export is not currently offered. A guest’s own account export is a separate privacy function and should not be confused with a restaurant CRM export.
Does every order give me a marketing subscriber?
No. An order, a customer record and marketing permission are separate. Optional sharing and consent choices still apply.
Does this replace a reservations CRM?
This page describes customer records tied to direct ordering. Reservations and table-management capabilities are not offered as part of this promise.
