A few things you might be wondering.

Do I have to stop using delivery marketplaces?

No. GastroGrowth can sit alongside the marketplace channels you already use. Your direct channel is an additional place for customers to order. This does not imply an integration that imports marketplace orders.

What happens to my customer information?

Your restaurant can access its own customer records and order history in Manager. Guests control their private GastroGrowth account and what optional information they share. Marketing permission is separate from the information needed to fulfil an order.

Can I import or export a customer list?

You can add a Business-local contact, and the product has supported import and xMenu reconciliation workflows. A self-service bulk CSV migration or restaurant database export is not currently offered. We can review your migration requirements during a demo.

Can we use our own delivery drivers?

GastroGrowth includes restaurant delivery operations and a Driver app. Setup, device permissions and the supported workflow need to be checked with your team. GastroGrowth does not provide a courier fleet.

Does GastroGrowth send automated marketing campaigns?

Customer records, loyalty and coupons are part of the product. Campaign delivery and automation have separate readiness and permission requirements, so they are not included as a generally available promise on this website.

How much does it cost?

Request a quote based on your locations, setup and required capabilities. We will distinguish platform and setup costs from payment processing, delivery and optional services. Published commercial rates are not available yet.
