Your delivery operation
From the kitchen pass to the customer’s door.
Connect preparation, driver handoff and delivery completion. GastroGrowth supports the restaurant’s delivery operation; your restaurant provides the people who deliver.
See it with your restaurant in mindMake responsibility clear at every handoff.
Delivery starts with an order the kitchen can prepare and a customer the restaurant can serve.
- 01
Check the service offered
Review configured delivery rules, location settings and the customer checkout experience before accepting direct delivery orders.
- 02
Coordinate the driver
Use the supported assignment and Driver app workflow to connect the ready order with the person taking it.
- 03
Complete the delivery
Follow the Driver app’s start and completion steps, with the supported handoff confirmation.
Progress depends on the device as well as the software.
Current delivery progress can be shared when the Driver workflow, location permission and connectivity support it. Check the actual phones and operating conditions. It is not a permanent GPS-history service or an unconditional live-location promise.
Choose the workflow you can operate.
A delivery feature and a supplied delivery service are different things.

| Does this book marketplace riders? | No Just Eat, Deliveroo or Uber courier integration is currently promised. |
Test one complete delivery before widening the area.
Include the kitchen, driver and customer views. Check what happens when a device loses connectivity or a handoff takes longer than expected. The goal is a service your team can explain and recover.
